Starter plan

The Starter plan supports up to ten mailboxes across any number of domains, with a limit of five hundred emails per mailbox per month. It is intended for smaller operations that need reliable protection without complex configuration.

Business plan

The Business plan supports up to fifty mailboxes across any number of domains, with the same five hundred emails per mailbox per month limit, suited for growing organizations with multiple business units or client domains.

Growth plan

The Growth plan supports up to one hundred mailboxes across any number of domains, with the same five hundred emails per mailbox per month limit, and includes dedicated onboarding assistance.

Enterprise plan

Enterprise agreements are custom-scoped to mailbox volume, region, and support requirements. Contact the sales team to discuss a tailored limit structure.

Collector mailboxes

Shared or collector mailboxes, such as info or support addresses, typically receive more traffic than individual mailboxes and may require a higher volume allowance. Contact the sales team to scope this for your organization.

Exceeding limits

If a mailbox approaches its monthly limit, administrators receive an early warning notification with options to upgrade before any mail flow is affected.
